--S to catch the ramp leading to Overland Station,
--Backtrack to Kansas Ave. --go S.
--E on 1st St
(the reason for going into the area north
of Crane St. is that IF the tracks are laid there, development will be attractive to investors causing this area to be the master piece of the entire River Front area. All of Crane
Street west of Kansas Avenue would be
included in this pre-development track-laying strategy. The future of many of the old buildings on Crane may be drastically altered
with tracks promising to bring in tourists to that area).
--N on Quincy (circle around the historic
7-story Morrell bldg. by the river and
exit toward 1st. It would be important to
create a siding going into the City Transit
maintenance area).
--W on Crane
--S on VanBuren
--W on 1st
--N on Harrison
--E on Crane to showcase the length of historic Buildings on Crane.
--S on Jackson (a probable hot spot
for a tram stop and people hang- out and to view the State Capitol building looking all the way up Jackson. With the city's already long-term plans for Jackson Street, outside investment would eagerly find its way recapturing the early days of Topeka all the way up Jackson to the State Capitol.
---W on 3rd
--N on VanBuren to view the church (a stop)
--W on 2nd
--N on 1st (street curves to the west)
--N on Fillmore into Ward Mead Park.
--W through Ward Mead Park/ Pioneer Village.
--exit on Clay
--S Clay
--W on 1st St towards the Potwin area.
