This e-petition is a prelude to what is called a LOCAL INITITIVE REFERRENDUM, (LIR) which process may be eliminated by this e-petition. Our power--and our numbers that verify it--will show up after this petition is taken. At that point, politicians and city officials know that WE KNOW that we have the power of our government. It would be useless for them to call our hand--and in so doing--eliminate their career. So this e-petition may be all that it takes.

As you will notice, it requires no street address or phone number.
